Return Policy

Who is eligible for a refund?
➤ Once an order is delivered to our customer, they have to intimate and ask for a refund or exchange within 24 Hours
➤ In case of a faulty product or any mistake by us, please send us a snapshot (front, back,close up) of the product for further investigation.
➤ They must be unworn and unused and must be sent along with their tags.
➤Indiasilk will only accept those goods for refund if we have sent the wrong goods which do not meet your order and those goods which are accepted as faulty by us.

Who is not eligible for a refund?
➤ We will not accept any refund and exchange request after 24 Hours of delivery of products.
➤ Product is not a faulty product or any mistake by us.
➤ Returning product without informing our team or without any confirmation from Indiasilk.
➤ Return requests on the basis of the like or dislike will not be accepted
➤ Return requests on the basis of quality without sharing any information or image related to the product quality will not be accepted.
➤ The used or worn dress even a single time will not be accepted.

Which Items are not returnable or exchangeable?
1.     Returns would not be accepted for Design it Yourself (DIY) Products, Custom Made Orders   Altered Items, Stitched Clothing as per your body measurements, Including Readymade Stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with Custom Blouse.
2.     Products without their original packing and tags aren’t fit for Return or Exchange.
3.     Items once used, cannot Returned or Exchanged.
4.     Products with perfumes or body odor are considered being used and are not fit for return or exchange.
5.     Plus Size or size's above 42 inches are considered customised/ tailored outfits. These outfits are non returnable for Refund or Exchange, they can only be returned for free alterations.
Note: Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Product Condition
 Please be careful when trying on clothing, items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage.
 Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags/tickets
attached.
 Majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage.
From time to time beading/ sequence may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.

Product Care
 Please ensure that the first wash is Dry Clean Only.
 Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned.
 More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly.
 Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed.
 We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
NOTE: It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean
